I had a good experience with CK Capital overall. The process was fairly straightforward, and I never really felt like I was being left in the dark, which I appreciated!
I’d happily recommend them to a friend if they needed the same kind of help. It wasn’t all instant, but when I followed up, they got back to me and sorted things out.....

I got some financial advice from CK Capital and overall it was decent, they did take the time to understand what I was looking for and came back with a few helpful suggestions that actually made sense for my situation, but the whole process felt a bit slower than I expected and I did end up having to follow up a couple of times for extra details, so while it wasn’t a bad experience by any means, I just think it could’ve been a bit more organised and easier to get through

I had a good experience with ckcapital.co.uk. To be fair, customer service can be hit or miss with some companies, but they replied quickly and explained everything in plain English, which I appreciated. There wasn’t any unnecessary waiting around or confusing back-and-forth. My questions were answered properly, and it felt like they genuinely wanted to help rather than just rush me along

My experience with CK Capital was okay overall. To be fair, they did seem knowledgeable and they answered the main questions I had. That said, some of the details felt a little vague at first, and I had to ask more than once to feel fully clear on a few things. I don’t think it was a bad experience, but I do think it’s fair to expect more straightforward communication from the start.

Overall the service was fine, nothing terrible or anything, but I do wish the fees had been explained more clearly upfront. Some parts made sense right away, but a few things I had to ask about later, which was a bit frustrating, especially since I was trying to sort it out during my lunch break with a half-cold coffee sitting next to me. It wasn’t the worst experience, I just think they should lay out the costs in a simpler way before you get too far into the process.

I had a complicated case and, i was expecting it to turn into a total headache — but CK Capital were really solid from the start. They explained things clearly and never made me feel awkward for asking a ton of questions.
There was a bit of back and forth along the way, which I kind of expected — but they kept on top of it and got everything sorted. Really decent service overall, and I’d happily use them again

I was going through the docs the requirements seemed clear. The paperwork steps looked easy enough to follow, and it didnt feel overly confusing like some of these things can. I’d still double check the details with CK Capital directly before sending anything in, just to be safe.

It did what I needed, and the price was fair enough, so I’ll give it that. But i’m annoyed I had to settle for something like this in the first place because the other options were either overpriced or a total ripoff. This one got the job done, but I’m blaming the market for making “good enough” feel like a win.

So... I had to wait a little while to get a proper reply, which was a bit frustrating, but they did eventually follow up. Once they got back to me, they explained everything clearly enough. It wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t bad either. I just think they could be a bit quicker with updates

I got my funding sorted last month, the thing that impressed me most was the support afterwards. I had a couple of silly questions about repayments, but they got back to me quickly and didn’t make it feel like a hassle.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that doesn’t just disappear once the money has landed. My final take is that CK Capital were easy to deal with, and I’d happily use them again if I needed funding in the future.
